Shipping policy
Unless otherwise stated, we provide Free delivery and assembly* service for purchases above HKD 3000. *Assembly service are only applicable to furniture items.
For order below HKD 3000, we charge $300/per item for assembly service.
Delivery time: Stock items usually take 7-14 working days. Customised size or pre-order items take around 4-8 weeks. We will schedule with client directly.

For buildings without lift or for product that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge as below table. Walk-up surcharge per item. 10 Staircases = 1 floor.

Delivery service arrangement:
Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, road which prohibited truck weighted 5.5 tones (Hong Kong) or above, apartment under renovation, exhibition site, warehouse, hotel, boat house / boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery have to go through the balcony.
Service covers addresses only within a 100m parameter of the unloading point. For addresses outside the prescribed scope > 100m, HKD 200 surcharge will be collected and receipt will be provided by Out Standing Desk authorized delivery service provider.
As delivery service is outsourced, in case there is any damages during delivery and/or installation processes (including delivery address' building facilities, as well as customer's household facilities, furnishings and housewares, etc.), customer shall liaise directly with delivery men for solutions, OUT STANDING DESK shall not be involved
In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. Out Standing Desk will contact the affected customer for rescheduling of delivery.
