Refund

If the product is unavailable under any circumstances, full refund will be applicable.

Damages and quality issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Quality issues do not include the following situations: 

  • There are differences between the goods and the photos due to the natural characteristics of the materials or the materials made by humans, such as colour difference, leather grain, wood grain and fabric carding.
  • Damage caused by improper installation by customer, use, storage or accident, as well as normal wear and tear.
  • Goods that customers have installed, disassembled, modified, and moved by themselves.
  • If customer discovers that the product has quality problems due to factory defects after signing the receipt documents, and even needs to replace parts or repair, the customer must bear the freight.
  • All dimensions approximation, please allow 1mm to 3mm difference.
  • Out Standing Desk reserves the right to make the final decision on all inspection fees, transportation fees or demolition fees to be collected.
  • Out Standing Desk reserves the right to correct errors and misprints and to change product specifications.
  • If there is any dispute, Out Standing Desk reserves the right of final discretion.
